Booking An Appointment
Once you click the “SCHEDULE NOW” button to book your Massage session, you’ll be taken to Schedulicity where you may reserve your therapist and session.
Choose the service you’d like to receive and the date you’d like to reserve
The system will show you all the available times for that date. Select the time that works best for you.
Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will recieve an email comfirmation.
The system will send you a reminder notice via email 24hrs before your appointment.
If the time you’re looking for does not appear, then please select another time.
Booking for Groups
If you are booking for 2 or more people, you must make a separate appointment for each person so that we may ensure we have the staff scheduled to accomodate your group.
If at any point during your scheduling you are unable to complete the booking, it means availability has been exhausted.
Before You Arrive
We respect the health of our therapists and will politely refuse service to those that may pose a health risk. If you are unwell or in a state of poor hygiene, we ask that you cancel your appointment or reschedule when you are in a better state of well being.
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you, however we respectfully ask that you do not wear jewelry or bring valuables.
If you’d like a professional’s opinion on any products you are currently using, feel free to bring them to discuss.
Advance Notice of Cancellation: We require notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance. This can be done online when you get the reminder notice. Please be considerate and cancel your appointment if you are not able to keep it, as your scheduled session is a time that has been blocked off for you and your therapist.
No call, no show, no cancel or being late more than 10mins will cost you $25.00
